About The Role:
Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Managers (Internal) to join our team at Easy Shed. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our market presence. This is a full-time office-based position, and we are looking for a proactive and sales-driven individuals who are passionate about chasing down opportunities and generating new sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue goals.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and product knowledge.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Generate and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a hunger for sales and achieving targets.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
