We are looking for a Commercial Business Development Manager who will be working closely for our commercial clients. We need someone who can build and execute a strategic business plan that builds loyal and preferred clients.

About The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow a network of preferred installers across Australia in target market to ensure increased revenue and profitability growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong and trusted relationships in the Construction and other adjacent industries
  • The ability to get a deep understanding of the client’s business strategy and pipeline
  • Develop strategies for key accounts to maximise partnership opportunities
  • Be the primary point of contact for commercial partners
  • Build relationships with builders that will consider the brand as a preferred partner for their project that include our range of products.
  • Assist the sales team with building strategic plans for large projects that ensures preferred installers are included and key relationships formed.
  • Visit construction sites strategically during the life cycle of a project
Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • 3–5-years’ experience and results track record in sales and business development experience, preferably in construction industry
  • Strong time management, written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to act fast, generate leads and close large scale deals
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with multiple opportunities at once
  • Business acumen, comprehensive analytical and presentation skills
  • Leadership, influencing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • You will be hardworking and a team player, looking to become part of a vibrant and supportive team.
  • You are comfortable engaging with people both internally and externally and will have a strong technical grounding to support hitting the ground running as well as the opportunity for further growth in your career.
  • Ability to work both, autonomously and collaboratively and to be able to travel throughout Australia & New Zealand extensively
