Description

Quicksew are specialist manufacturers and suppliers of furnishing solutions to the Healthcare & Aged Care Fitout market in NSW with manufacturing hub in Bathurst.

About The Role:

The Customer Service & Marketing assistant will be a dynamic individual, willing to learn who will provide comprehensive customer service and marketing support to the Management, Sales & Operations teams by:

Reception and basic switchboard operation.
Customer Service
Support in keeping the CRM updated.
Co-ordinating social media content and posting
Managing website inquiries and leads
Sending out EDM's and marketing communications
Arranging website and marketing collateral updates

Requirements

To be successful in this role you will possess:

Experience in an marketing based role for at least 2+ years
Customer/client-facing experience of at least 2+ years
Advanced telephone and clerical skills
Microsoft office suite experience. Intermediate to advanced.
Demonstrates a high level of written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrates ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
Flexible and approachable working attitude
