About The Role:
Sales / Customer Service Team Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales and customer service representatives specializing in Business Desking & Seating Systems.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service in this product category.
Scheduling Estimators and Quotation Preparation:
  • Coordinate and schedule estimators to conduct assessments and gather necessary information for quotation
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations based on customer requirements and assessment findings.
  • Present quotations to customers in a clear and persuasive manner, addressing any inquiries and concerns
Quotation Follow-Up and Order Securing:
  • Proactively follow up on quotations to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and finalize orders to secure contracts and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a systematic approach to quotation tracking and order fulfillment for
Facilitation of Project Handovers to Operations:
  • Coordinate project handovers to the operations team for projects
  • Provide comprehensive project briefings and documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage scheduling, quotations, and project handovers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build rapport with customers and secure orders
  • Proficient in relevant software applications (e.g., CRM systems, MS Office) for quotation preparation and tracking
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve targets and uphold a high standard of customer service
