About The Role:
Responsibilities and Objectives:

As a National Sales Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, focusing primarily on NSW, VIC, and QLD. Your key responsibilities will include sales prospecting, lead generation, sales presentations, negotiation, and building strong customer relationships. You will also be responsible for recruiting, developing, and leading a sales team to achieve significant business growth within 5 years.

Key Objectives:

  1. 10x the sales in the Australian market
  2. Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and leads
  3. Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demos
  4. Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed targets
  5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  6. Continuously monitor and assess the market and competition
  7. Recruit, develop, and lead a nationwide sales team
Requirements
Desired Experience & Skills:

  • Mechanical aptitude and interest in engineering
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a willingness to travel and stay away from home
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales
  • Experience in operating, servicing &/or selling industrial packaging solutions in regional areas
  • Proven experience in sales of projects exceeding $100,000
