We’re looking for a skilled and talented Sales & Marketing Manager to join our Wagga Wagga Head Office Team with extensive Leadership experience.

This is the perfect opportunity for those who thrive in a vibrant and successful environment and are looking to progress their career in Sales & Marketing in a National role and to mentor and develop an already successful sales team through the development of defined processes, structure and best practice methodology. You will play a vital role in the Leadership Team in scaling the business over the next 5-10 years.

About The Role:
  • Head up Sales & Marketing Nationally
  • Strategically forecasting, planning, and directing the required sales and marketing activities for the business,
  • Development of the annual and quarterly sales & marketing plans that drive the necessary leads and revenue through the business.
  • Prepare and manage sales and budgets and activities against performance metrics
  • Co-ordination and Execution of the marketing plan with external and internal resources
  • Ensure maintenance and accuracy of staff utilisation of CRM and planning tools
  • Reporting to Leadership Team & CEO
  • Spend time with BDM’s in the market to understand the clients and the market and to coach the team
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing Leadership
  • Experience in Agricultural, Manufacturing, or Engineering Industries
  • Experience in building and leading a sales team
  • Good communication skills including the ability to be assertive while being fair, even, and non-preferential
  • Experience in building and developing a national dealer/reseller network
  • Experience with marketing strategy and coordination
  • Skilled in stakeholder relationship management
  • Ability to problem solve and act calmly under pressure
  • Self-motivated, positive, and results orientated
  • Good communication skills including the ability to be assertive while being fair, even, and non-preferential
