As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and optimising SEO campaigns (business and keyword research, building and improving website architecture, creating content templates, on-page SEO, publishing content, building backlinks and technical SEO fixes and maintenance).

You will also be responsible for analysing data and providing insights for the department's SEO goals. This includes managing, analysing, and organising data in various ways to provide actionable suggestions or solutions based on that data.

About The Role:
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies for clients that align with their goals and objectives, leveraging the latest industry best practices and tools to drive organic traffic, increase search engine rankings, and improve overall visibility.
  • Perform comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify new opportunities for on-page and off-page optimisation and create content and link-building strategies that are aligned with the client's target audience.
  • Regularly conduct website audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve the technical optimisation of client websites, including areas such as site speed, schema markup, crawl errors, and other technical aspects of SEO.
  • Monitor and analyse SEO performance data from multiple sources such as Google
    Analytics, Search Console, and other industry tools, to identify trends, assess campaign success, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices and utilise this knowledge to develop new ideas and initiatives to improve client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and other stakeholders to ensure
    that all content is optimised for search engines and user experience and that all digital assets comply with SEO best practices.
  • Perform data analysis and produce reports for various stakeholders and clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for new digital marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and prioritise multiple client accounts simultaneously, providing regular status updates and delivering monthly and quarterly reports.
Requirements

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in SEO, data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in implementing and optimising SEO campaigns
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse large datasets and identify trends and patterns
  • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
    and priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate
    complex ideas and recommendations to stakeholders and clients
    Experience with content management systems such as WordPress and
    Shopify

  • Collaborate with other teams within the digital team to optimise website content and overall performance of digital marketing campaigns such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices and make recommendations for incorporating these into our SEO marketing strategies
