Description

We are looking for a motivated, driven and commercially-minded Specification Manager who will be our proactive front-line, connecting with key design stakeholders to increase our clients' specified jobs.

About The Role:

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Proactively call new prospects In VIC (Architects) and undertake face-to-face visits
Setting up design, product and CPD presentations with Architects and Interior Designers
Tenaciously follow projects through the design or construction phase with a view to obtaining product specifications
Make it easy for Architects and Interior Designers to specify the client's products
Forensic follow-up of current opportunities in the pipeline and prospect
Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
Building and maintaining relationships with Architects and Interior Designers & being the key point of contact for all design related enquires and escalations with an aim to influence specifications

Requirements

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development and specification selling
Excellent communication skill
Demonstrates energy, persistence, and a passion to meet personal and team targets
Proactive client mindset
Strong & fast-paced work ethic
Punctual, Self-Driven & Self-Motivated
Displays professionalism when dealing with the team and customers
A clear understanding of CRM systems
Assists in developing a flexible and collaborative team environment
