How are you different from other recruitment agencies?

We work exclusively in data centres and mission-critical infrastructure. Not "facilities management" with some DC roles. Not "engineering" with occasional critical facilities work. Only data centres. That means when you tell us you need a Critical Facilities Engineer with Tier III experience, we know exactly what that means, where to find them, and what they're paid. You're not educating us on your industry—we already work in it every day.

Do you only work with the big operators like NextDC or Equinix?

No. We work with colocation operators, hyperscale builders, construction firms, MEP contractors, engineering consultancies, and facilities management companies. If you're hiring for data centre roles anywhere in Australia or New Zealand, we can help.

Can you recruit for regional or remote sites?

Yes. We recruit for Perth, Darwin, regional Australia, and New Zealand. We understand the location premiums, FIFO arrangements, and what it actually takes to attract talent to remote sites. (Hint: it's not just money.)

What if we don't know whether we need local or international recruitment?

We'll tell you. After we understand the role and the market, we give you honest intel: "Here's who's available locally, here's the timeline, here's the cost. If you need international candidates, here's what that involves—visa pathways, relocation packages, realistic timelines."

How long does it realistically take to hire data centre talent?

Local hires: 6-10 weeks from brief to start date, assuming reasonable interview process and competitive offer. International hires: 5-12 months including visa processing (TSS 482 or ENS 186 pathways).

We're always transparent about timelines based on the role, market conditions, and your process.

What do you charge?

Standard recruitment success fee based on first-year compensation. No upfront costs, no retainer, no monthly fees. You only pay when someone starts.

What happens if the hire doesn't work out?

We offer replacement guarantees within the first 90 days. Specific terms depend on the engagement, but the principle is simple: if someone doesn't work out in the first 90 days, we'll find you a replacement without charging another fee.

Do you handle contract or project-based roles?

Yes. We recruit for contract commissioning specialists, interim facility managers, project engineers, and temporary operations coverage. Particularly useful during major commissioning projects or facility transitions.

How fast can you actually get us a shortlist?

If we have active pipeline for the role: 2-3 weeks.

If it's a specialized or senior role requiring deeper market mapping: 3-4 weeks. If it's extremely niche or international-only: we'll tell you upfront what's realistic. We never promise timelines we can't hit. If it takes longer, we explain why and keep you updated.

Do you cover all of Australia and New Zealand?

Yes. Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Darwin, Canberra, Auckland, Wellington, plus regional locations. We understand market dynamics, salary premiums, and candidate availability in each location.
