How are you different from other recruitment agencies?

What if we're migrating to HubSpot but haven't launched yet?

That's actually ideal timing. We recruit operators who've done HubSpot implementations before. They can guide your migration strategy while they onboard, rather than inheriting someone else's decisions.

Where do your candidates come from—agencies or in-house teams?

Primarily in-house operators. Most companies prefer candidates who've managed a single complex HubSpot instance over time versus someone who's worked across multiple client instances at an agency. But we have both in our network.

What do you charge?

Standard recruitment success fee based on first-year total compensation. No upfront costs. No retainer. You only pay when someone starts. We'll share specific terms during our first conversation.

What happens if the hire doesn't work out?

We offer replacement guarantees within the first 90 days of employment. Specific terms are outlined in our engagement agreement.

Do you handle contract or interim placements?

Yes, we do handle contract and interim placements, but the majority of our work focuses on permanent hires. We can source interim HubSpot specialists for project work—migrations, implementations, and audits, typically 3-month engagements.

How fast can you actually deliver a shortlist?

The first shortlist typically arrives within 7-10 days. If we don't have immediate matches in our active pipeline, we're upfront about realistic timelines, usually 3-4 weeks for a full sourcing process. Speed matters, but only when paired with quality.

Do you cover all of Australia and New Zealand?

Yes. We recruit candidates from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Auckland, Wellington, and remote locations across all ANZ time zones. We recruit for onshore, offshore, and hybrid team structures.
