Local hires: 6-10 weeks from brief to start date, assuming reasonable interview process and competitive offer. International hires: 5-12 months including visa processing (TSS 482 or ENS 186 pathways).

What do you charge?

Standard recruitment success fee based on first-year compensation. No upfront costs, no retainer, no monthly fees. You only pay when someone starts.

What happens if the hire doesn't work out?

We offer replacement guarantees within the first 90 days. Specific terms depend on the engagement, but the principle is simple: if someone doesn't work out in the first 90 days, we'll find you a replacement without charging another fee.

Do you handle contract or project-based roles?

Yes. We recruit for contract commissioning specialists, interim facility managers, project engineers, and temporary operations coverage. Particularly useful during major commissioning projects or facility transitions.

How fast can you actually get us a shortlist?

If we have active pipeline for the role: 2-3 weeks.

If it's a specialized or senior role requiring deeper market mapping: 3-4 weeks. If it's extremely niche or international-only: we'll tell you upfront what's realistic. We never promise timelines we can't hit. If it takes longer, we explain why and keep you updated.
